NIE (Spanish Tax Identification Number) – Preparation and checking all documents for the application.

Empadronamiento (municipal registration) – Preparation and document control.

Número de Seguridad Social (Spanish social security number) – Preparation of the application and checking of necessary documents for registration with the Spanish social security.

Appointment scheduling for NIE, empadronamiento en número de Seguridad Social (in consultation with customer and agency availability).
✔
Registration as a job seeker (Labora; SEPE if from application) – Explanation of procedure and document preparation.
✔
Explanation of possible health coverage without employment contract.
✔
Basic banking advice.
✔
Support via email or WhatsApp during office hours.
✔
Response time within 48 hours during office hours.

Full payment prior to the start of the journey.

Job seekers (EU citizens)

1x personal guidance by appointment.
✔
1 optional module included, tailored to your situation:
- Module A – Living & Administration:
  light rental contract check and anti-fraud landlord check.
- Module B – Work & Orientation:
  light CV check or translation (1 document, max. 1 revision round) and overview of relevant vacancy platforms tailored to profile and sector.

Certificado Digital (digital identification for Spanish government services) – Guidance with the application and installation for online access to administrative procedures at, among others, the tax authorities, social security and other official bodies.

Aftercare period (2 weeks) – Support for trajectory-related questions after completion.

€750 (fixed rate)

Payment in two installments is possible:

– 50% at the start of the process

– 50% no later than 14 days after the start date

The process starts after receipt of the first payment.

If the second payment is not made, the process may be temporarily paused until payment has been made.

Job seekers (EU citizens)

Project coordination & progress monitoring – Fixed point of contact, active follow-up and reminders for appointments during the trajectory.

Both additional modules included: Living & Administration and Work & Orientation.

Second personal guidance by appointment.

Practical support for online work orientation (max. 3 guided moments).

Document control for first employment contract (light) – One practical check of a first employment contract or work-related document, up to a maximum of 6 months after completion of the process.

Extensive aftercare period (2 months). Support for trajectory-related questions after completion.
